Cant access the change Sim option, tried it on many device and the page kept bugging

Please. clean your temporary files in your browser, first.
And open a new session online.
It can solve this bug on their web site.
If not, contact them by chat from 8h00 to 21h00 or on messenger

Try launching your browser in private or incogneto mode.
I have had the same issue yesterday.
Today it works just fine tho !
Use another browser or try erasing your cache
