Cant access the change Sim option, tried it on many device and the page kept bugging

In order to change your SIM card on your account, you'll have to contact us in private. Currently, we'll have to do it from our end. Please. clean your temporary files in your browser, first.
And open a new session online.
It can solve this bug on their web site.
If not, contact them by chat from 8h00 to 21h00 or on messenger
