repeated but really need help?

i ordered my sim card.it was delivered but i did not get it because simply the smart delivery guy put the SIM on the door of 60 apartments building so it was stolen.
fizz help FAQ told to reorder a new one, to refund the previous one..the problem is i need to add the building door code or my phone number to the address so the delivery smart guy has no reason to keep the sim again in a place anyone can steal it.

how to add my building door code or my telephone to the address.i can't..and it is much more easier to contact President Trump and speak with him than to contact anybody from Fizz.

The best option is to delivery to some friend, or family member living in a house.

I did that, since they do not even bother to ring the door bell.

You should contact them, but in my opinion they do not have control on the delivery.

My card was delivered to my mother house, since I was afraid to lose it.

Have it delivered at work or a friends house to make sure it won’t be stolen again.
Try to communicate with them by messenger to get a refund, that’s what works best for me.Good luck.

As others suggest, I would ask to deliver it at a friend or family member's place. Once they get it, I would ask them to notify me so I can activate the sim ASAP!

It's a good idea when you will order your second sim card to give a delivery adress of someone who can receive it directly.
You'll be sure to receive it and ask a credit to Fizz customer of your first sim card stolen.
