How do you move a Fizz mobile number from Fizz account to another Fizz account?

Hi,

My current Fizz account have two phone numbers/plans registered. I want to move one of the phone number to a new independant Fizz account. Is this possible? The goal is to stay with Fizz and preserve the phone number, but have two distinct accounts.

That's not possible to do that actually with Fizz

You can also fill a contact form from your account Once logged in, from the account panel go to My Profile → Contact Form (the subject are limited) and fill out the form and someone will email you back.

When you see it, click on it.
Your session with them begins.

Is the goal to have two different credit cards to pay for the different plans? If no, you can add a user to a plan. From My plans -> Manage plan -> Add user and you can put the e-mail address of another fizz account. You will have your own rewards and upgrades that can be applied.

Communicate with them by messenger, that’s what works best for me when I have a question.

If you change your SIM card, you can open a new account and request your own phone number from that new account even if that account is associated with Fizz already.

However, I suggest you to contact Fizz directly via Facebook Messenger or Twitter if you intend to keep the same SIM in order for them to do the transfer.

You can create a new account by yourself. You'll need to order a sim card for the new account.
Then you should contact Fizz support for porting the number from an old to a new account. As far as I know, you can only port numbers from another provider by self service.
