I am taking over the phone number of someone who is already a Fizz member. He already provided a consent. How do I proceed?

    The easy way is to transfer the number in you plan.


    Otherwise, contact the support, since you need to change the email too, and this it seems to be tricky.

     

    To contact the support you need to go to this page https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us, Fizz push you to find your solution, therefore, you need to search in the solution hub to your solution and only after 10 seconds that you are in a solution page Fizz will give you the chat bubble.
