Do you have a phone app that works without the internet plan?

Hello

I downloaded the app but it started looking for the Fizz router. I only have cellphone accounts with you, no internet. Do you have a way to bypass this problem so that I can use the phone app to manage my accounts?

there is no mobile app (android / IOS)
but if you open up the main fizz page or community page in chrome
you can then create shortcut
this will look just like an app icon and get you right there

The app is only for home internet
Fizz does not have an app for the mobile at the moment

Btw you are suppose to have internet, Fizz gives you 500M perks and 250Mb bonus

The app is to manage the router therefore useless outside your home since it needs the wifi
