Sms and calling?

I had some problem with my credit card so my acount got frozen, now i managed to pay it. I got internet but sms and calling dont work even 611

From my experience with Fizz one of those 3 solutions usualy solve your problem.

  • Restart your phone
  • Try enabling air plane mode for 30 seconds then disable
  • Take out your SIM and insert it again
  • .

Yes i got the email and everything is fine i can reveice sms and call but not send (i have unlimited)

Maybe, as your account is frozen, you'll be obliged to get support from Fizz customer service tomorrow morning via Chat.
Chat service is available from 8h00 to 21h00, each day.

First,
Open a session online and access to your account.
Then, Type this adress:

Wait until you see the green chat bubble appear down the right to the page.
When you see it' Click on it.
Your session will start.

Yes everything works but its like i don't have minutes or sms activated

Having tried the other solutions - you will need support's help.

Log into your account and then open https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us and look for the chat box bottom right. That or their Facebook.

If nothing works, I suggest you contact Fizz by chat or Facebook messenger. They are pretty quick to respond now.
