stablization price is lost or what??

any body notice that the stabilization period price is lost for old supscribers
i have been a memeber since Jan 2019 and was supposed to keep the reduction in the price but it seems to be lost even though it was promised to be kept.

You probably want to say january 2018. It's only a problem of display and Fizz working on it.

There is a issue with the display of the prices on your account. It seems to be a widespread issue and should not affect your pricing. I have 3 accounts and all have the "wrong" prices showing. I confirmed with support that it is only a display issue and one of my accounts just renewed at the original price. You can contact support to confirm.

It’s just a bug with the display. I just paid my plan for the next month and I was charged the same amount as I usual pay. Not the one now in my “plan” tab in the website. You don’t have to worry about this issue for now!

This display issue has happened before. It seems everyone is affected this time.

 

My plan renewed earlier today at the expected price. After your renewal, you can check your transaction history to confirm that all is well.

Fizz is experiencing a display issue. Most of Fizz users are affected by this display issues.
A Whizz inform us to not worry about this problem,.
We are not supposed to pay more for ours plans with this display problem.
They are working on it since a few days.
