Why can't I connect to 3g / LTE ?

I was able to use the 3g / LTE network until December 3rd, but not I cannot connect to either since ( now december 9th ) I tried rebooting my samsung galaxy S5, but still no mobile internet. I cannot see anytning useful on my phone mobile data setting or on my fizz account. I still havent used 1G on a limit of 4G

Try restarting your phone.

Each time I went somewhere and came back home, I had to restart my phone to get mobile data working again.

 

Just this weekend, after returning to Montreal from Quebec City. LTE data not working, but I was able to connect manually to 3G network. Strange.

Did your plan just renew? If it did, check that the payment went through properly. If it has, contact support as there may be an issue with your account.

First, did you try to fit your sim card in another phone?
Did you double check the APN?
Or did you update your phone?
If nothing works to get 3g or LTE on your phone.
