Why did I lose my introductory rate without specifically changing anything in my plan?

Today I noticed that the price of my mobile plan went up from introductory $14.86 $ to $20.40 without any changes in my plan. Can you please explain why, are the introductory prices over?
Am I the only one who noticed the rate spike?
