How can I add first Credit Card, with "you have reached the maximum number of credit cards allowed on an account"?!

Hey!
I've been trying to add a first visa credit card, tried both Canadian and not Canadian, and every time I'm getting a message saying "you have reached the maximum number of credit cards allowed on an account".
How do I solve this issue? Can you reset my account?

Is it a Canadian Visa credit/debit card or MasterCard credit card?

I have reset the payment method addition limit. Please try with a different browser or log out from your account, clear your browser cache memory and cookies and then try in incognito mode. Please make all the necessary checks during the addition of the Canadian Visa credit/debit card or MasterCard credit card and be sure that the billing address you are writing on our site is exactly the same as the one shown on the card's bank statement.

In order to reset the limit you must contact the support

 

If you need a referral code this is mine K61CD, with this code you will receive 25$ to be applied to your 3rd payment.

You can use a Visa or Mastercard credit card (including prepaid), or a Visa Debit card to pay for your Fizz plans.

 

Other cards such as debit cards, American Express (Amex), Dinners, and others are not accepted. Foreign credit cards are also not accepted. You also cannot use the funds from your Fizz Wallet to pay for your monthly plan.

You must reset your information about your credit card.
Only FIZZ can help you for that.
Please, chat with them today (until 21h00).

There is a maximum limit to how many cards you can have. Not sure how your first card hit you with that message, but support can reset the limit for you
