Hello,

I have an appointment for Internet installation.
The technician by Videotron told me there will be an extra charge because there is no cable entering in my house.
Are you going to charge me?

No, they should not charge you for that. After all, it should not be Videotron guy.

If there is no cable, you will not be able to subscribe. Otherwise, they will do the necessary connections and it will not be at your charge.

you do not need to pay for VIP. even if you want to connect to another plug than your default one.
you pay for VIP only if you need to physically connect and set up your modem for internet.
