Unable to reset the password

I am posting for a friend of mine.

His phone got cut off because he cannot log into his account to change his credit card info. The link to reset the password simply does not work. Fizz is slow getting back to resolving the problem. It has been days that he cannot use his phone for work, while all the messages he got from Fizz was something like 'our technical team is working hard to resolve your issue'.

I am posting for my friend simply because he cannot log back into his account. Anybody had a similar experience?

Hi Yon, I am not sure to have understood correctly what happened to your friend.

However, if it is a problem with the link itself, it happened to me once that a link to reset my password was not working. I was able to make it works by opening the link with different Search Engines (Firefox, Mozilla, Safari, ecc) and it worked. If your friend has the possibility, also try to change the computer to open the link, sometimes it could be a problem with the device (Windows or Apple).

Thank you for the reply. No, it's not an issue with the browser. We have also tried two different browsers on my laptop but in vain.

Yup! Already contacted fizz via Facebook. They are slow at getting back other than spinning with the messages, such as 'we are working hard on your issue'.

Nope! copy and paste the link at Chrome didn't work.

If you click on the link “Forgot?” to reset your password, you only have one hour to validate the link sent by email. If you click the link several times, make sure to only use the link from the last email you'll have receive, or else it won't work.

Thanks everyone for your answer. The issue is still not resolved. Whatever solution you suggested did not work. This should not have happened in the first place as FIZZ couldn't get the re-set password right. It's been days since it gives NO real technical solution, and the only response was we are working hard on it, it's complicated...blah blah blah. I am deeply disappointed by FIZZ at this point.
