Fizz Technician Work Hours?

Since i'm not home most of the time, does or will fizz technician deliver the internet modem after 18:00hrs or on weekends?

Hello vanigh,

In week-end our technician will be delivering the modem only until 5PM. For the week days, on the other hand, they will be arriving until 8PM.

Schedule the delivery of your modem.

Easy Self-installation

Your subscription includes self-installation, and you’ll be pleasently surprised to see how easy it is. A technician will deliver your Fizz Wi-Fi modem, and make sure your cable connection works properly. From there, just follow our simple but detailed instructions to install your modem and configure your network.

All-inclusive VIP installation

Prefer we take care of everything? No worries. Just select the VIP installation option (additional fees of $30 apply) to have our technician install your modem and configure your Wi-Fi network and connection for you.

Install your Wi-Fi modem.

Finally, a modem that’s easy to set up.

With the Self-installation option, our technician delivers your modem and you configure it yourself. Don’t worry, it’s as easy as 1,2,3.

You can always change your mind.

If you chose Self-installation, but decide you want VIP installation in the end, just let our technician know. The additional $30 fee will be will be charged after the visit is completed.

Know what to expect.

Your first monthly payment will be charged to your credit card the day you subscribe.4 Your monthly payment cycle, however, will start with the delivery of your Fizz Wi-Fi modem.

Thanks to pre-authorized payments, you’ll always know exactly how much your Home Internet plan will cost for the upcoming month. The amount will be automatically billed to your credit card every month, 24 hours before the date that you received your Fizz Wi-Fi modem.

Yes during the weekends,

First, choose to connect to your account.
Click, First, Overview and down to the right page.
You'll see, Fizz internet, click on Add a plan
You will choose your speed plan
And on Appointment, fizz will offer you different dates and hours of installation. and you choose one that you prefer. and Finally: Apply.

Fizz will charge you automatically the day you order it but, dont worry, your monthly billing date will begin the date of your installation.

Hi vanigh,
The tech can pass by anytime between 8am-9pm during weekdays and 9am-8pm during weekends.

you will see all the options available when you make the appointment, you might want to set it to the morning, as usually they are more efficient in the morning. You can also reschedule it later if not convenient.
