Additonal International Call plan added without any notice. My choice was 25CAD plan. It shows 36 CAD. Why?

I Selected a plan of 1gb data, unlimited calls in Quebec and Int calls to India. My plan should be of 25 dollars. It shows 36 with an additional International call to India. Why?
Even when I am trying to change the plan for the next month, it's not changing. My plan is not a 36 Dollar plan. But, it shows it is. I don't understand, why an additional International call to India has been added to my plan while I didnt add anything. Please rectify this.
