I can’t see where to give data?

I used to see give in my profile.I can’ find it anymore!

You cannot gift in the 48 hrs before the new cycle
Moreover, you can gift only the paid data from the current month (you cannot gift the rollover)

If you want to gift unused data at the end of your payment cycle, you can gift it right up to 48 hours before your current payment cycle ends. Once this cycle is over, however, the data will roll over — it will no longer be available to send as a gift.

 

 

You cannot gift:
  • An unlimited feature, such as text, minutes or minutes for international calls
  • Add-Ons
  • Gifted data (no re-gifting allowed!)
  • Data that has already been rolled over

  • To send a gift:

    1. Go to My Plans in your Fizz account.
    2. Scroll to the plan (if you have more than one in your account) that you want to gift from.
    3. Click Gift.
    4. On the next screen, choose Start gifting.
    5. Choose a contact or search for a new Fizz member who you want to gift to. This will open the gifting tool. *
    6. Select the amount of data you wish to gift and click Next.
    7. Customize a message to the recipient and click Send.


    * If you choose an email from your contacts list, data will be gifted to the default plan associated with that email address (there may be multiple phone numbers on this plan). If, however, you choose to gift data to a specific phone number, the data will be gifted to the exact plan associated with this phone number.

OK, found it ,but I try to give to some of my contacts,I have this message:
“This plan currently doesn’t have enough data to give away”
I do have 4,37 go left in my plan!?!

To send a gift: Go to MY PLAN in your fizz account.
Scrool the plan, down to the page; Click: Gift
On the nex screen,
choose: Start Gifting
Choose a contact or add a new one with the e-mail adress or phone number
Select, How much date you want to gift (minimum, 512 mo, 1/2 go).
Customize a message to the recipient.
Finally, Click: Send.
It will be done.
