Why I can't change my plan?

Each time I click "adjust plan", it shows something as follows"

"No change can be made before 11.16.2019. Please come back after this date to try again."

Does anyone have a clue?

11.16 is my billing date.

Might help clearing cache, deleting cookies or for Apple user go to safari and clear history and website data.

You can try using another browser such as Chrome, Opéra, Edge or Firefox

 

If the problem had not been resolve, contact the support

Hi Qing,

Your new plan take effect at the start of your next payment cycle !

your plan starts every 16th of the month

and Important – any change to your plan must be made 48 hours before the end of your payment cycle. During those 48 hours, systems are frozen and no change can be made.

 

You’ll therefore have to wait for the next payment cycle.
