Why hasnt my plan been activated? Its been almost 24 hours?

I cant believe my plan has not been activated. I signed up at 5pm last night (Nov 21). They ported my number which cancelled my old cell phone plan so im literally phoneless and losing money. Has anyone had this happen to them? I havent even had a plan set up and im already losing trust..
Customer service is pretty much no help.

 For me my porting took 15 mins at most
