I am blocked out of my account, had to make a new account. Also being charged for multiple lines. What do I do?

I can't log into my account at all. I even reset my password and it still does not work. The only way to get support/help is to log in so I had to create this new account. Ive also been charged multiple times on my credit card for phone lines I never activated. I receive the emails telling me this but I can't log in to see whats happening. I don't know what to do.

To contact the support you need to go to this page https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us, Fizz push you to find your solution, therefore, you need to search in the solution hub to your solution and only after 10 seconds that you are in a solution page Fizz will give you the chat bubble.

You can also fill a contact form from your account Once logged in, from the account panel go to My Profile → Contact Form (the subject are limited) and fill out the form and someone will email you back.

Sorry, about your problem to log into your Fizz's account. I forget, try to go on Facebook, and by messenger. If, it's doesnt work:

I think you would be obliged to create a new account with Fizz.
his is the only way to chat with them and clear your problems of over billing.

You actually don't need to get into your account to chat with Fizz.
You start a chat on your browser by going to https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues, then provide them with your email address or phone number so that they can access your account.

@Eder, the chat bubble only shows up if you're logged into your account, so if you're locked out of your account, you would need to create a new account to chat.

@Allison, not really.
You can start a chat with Fizz without logging in.
Fizz customer rep will then ask you for your phone number or the email address associated with the account so that they can access the account.

Communicate with them by messenger...they have solved my issue quickly.
