Yes you could use a friend credit card but ...
IMPORTANT
When you enter the information for your payment method, the billing address associated to your card must correspond to the address you declared to your bank for that card. The right info must be entered in the corresponding fields, and the address needs to be 100% identical. Pay attention to the following items:
- The name of the street (Ave, avenue)
- Special works (Saint, St, Ste)
- Hyphens
- Spaces
- Spelling
Tip: Make a copy and paste of what is written in your bank account.
If the address and postal code that you associate to your payment method are not identical to that declared to your bank, you won’t be able to add this payment method.8 -

see, what Fling recommend to you. The adress of your credit card must be the same than your Fizz account's adress.
It won't work with credit card of your friend. Sorry. You can't use credit card's friend. Your account will be blocked by the fizz's payment system .

You need to change the name on the contact and the adresse7

This question was answered by a Whizz from Fizz by another thread started by karym. Basically one CAN use another person's credit card (with their permission) to pay for your account. Wow, that is quite a flexible arrangement.8

It's not your credit card, you shouldn't use it.
You should go to your bank and turn your debit card into a visa debit card, which is an acceptable mode of payment for Fizz. This is what I did once when my new credit card arrived late.
I am not sure if a visa gift card would work as well ???7 -
It seems that as long as the name and Canadian address associated to the card matches the same on Fizz's billing system, you're good to go.
