You didn't read wrongly neither I wrote it lamely. I have one slot for upgrade occupied by a 250MB upgrade. If I click on my 500MB available upgrade, it suggest to swap it. When I try to do it, it gives a red alert "Unfortunately, you'll have to wait after 16/11/2019 to make any change to your rewards." Bytheway, today is 18/nov, and my bill cycle started three days ago.
Hmm, i think the wording may just be a bit weird. It should be applied on your next billing cycle :) If not I suggest contacting FIZZ through the chat bubble.

Logoff. Clear your browser cache and retry using incognito mode.
