Wifi/internet speed?

My internet is very slow. I try watching a show and it keeps stalling. Where can I see where the problem lies? I cannot access the app, so that is useless.

The app can really help pinpoint the bottleneck of your system.

Why can’t you access it?

I guess you already did this step, but try to restart your modem to see if it resolves your issue

You can restart your modem.

Connect your computer directly to the modem via ethernet cable. Run a speedtest.

 

If all is well, then try the speedtest with your wifi connection.

If you are using 2.4GHz, try disabling it and using 5GHz only. Or vice versa.

What Fizz says. Remove use of the Wifi and connect directly (hardwired) to the modem for troubleshooting purposes.

Have you tried ( like others told you) to restart your modem and put directly after an ethernet cable to your computer? Have you tested a speed test? Did you get a better speed?
