They have reset at least twice in the last year. I haven't noticed a pattern as to when they reset. I seldomly log into my account and practically never visit the community hub. Could it be that the points are reset due to my inactivity ?

Do you have any service at all (mobile, internet) with Fizz?
If the answer is yes, you would get points just by making your monthly payments. And so your rewards would eventually grow and your account stay active?

Try to contact the support for help. They have tool to see what's really going on with your account.
To contact the support you need to go to this page https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us, Fizz push you to find your solution, therefore, you need to search in the solution hub to your solution and only after 10 seconds that you are in a solution page Fizz will give you the chat bubble.
If the chat bubble does not appear, this means that the number of sessions waiting for our answers surpasses our processing capacity. If that happens, send us a private message via Facebook Messenger or Twitter.
Your can also send a message via facebook messanger https://facebook.com/fizzca and click send a message (this is a bit slower)
You can also fill a contact form from your account Once logged in, from the account panel go to My Profile → Contact Form (the subject are limited) and fill out the form and someone will email you back.
Thank you both! Both your answers have helped me piece together what I believe has happened. Despite having a mobile plan and making my monthly payments (and my phone working without issue), my account shows that I don't have a plan at all. This might make me seem inactive and delete my points every 3 months.

That's a bit weird, but yes, it seems that the problem is that the points system of Fizz thinks that you don't have a plan, so it keeps resetting your points. Have you contacted customer service to put in a ticket to get this fixed? Bonus data/savings on your phone bill can only come from gaining levels and keeping them.

It's scary... If we dont visite the hub for 3 months we lose our points and upgrades??
You can only loose points if you don't have an active plan in your account.

Folks, I'm an idiot. I ordered my sim card using one email address and created my plan using another. Obviously, I forgot this slightly major detail and kept checking the wrong account. Fizz was kind enough to break this to me gently and, as it turns out, my account with the mobile plan has a whole heap of points and everything is fine.
Please ignore this entire thread as I shrivel up in shame.
@Tarik, well, that's actually pretty good news all things considered. You have a bunch of points, and now you can finally activate at least one bonus!
