I am not able to apply my upgrades.it say plan not active but it is.what can I do?

I am not able to use my upgrades and perks. It shows that your plan is not active but it is activated

The only option is to contact Fizz it seems a bug

To contact the support you need to go to this page https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us, Fizz push you to find your solution, therefore, you need to search in the solution hub to your solution and only after 10 seconds that you are in a solution page Fizz will give you the chat bubble.

  • Go to this page https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us, if you are not connect login

You can also fill a contact form from your account Once logged in, from the account panel go to My Profile → Contact Form (the subject are limited) and fill out the form and someone will email you back.

You should be able to apply your perk and it should take effect immediately.
As for the upgrades, you should be able to activate them but they will take effect next payment cycle.
If you can't, you should reach out to Fizz customer service directly. It is an issue to fix.

Check that your payment on your plan went through. You should see a receipt of payment in your account My Plans/Transaction History. Either way, you will need to contact Fizz.

Seems to be a new bug.

Contact Fizz support. Hope they can help.

Are you a new subscriber? Or have you made any changes / cancel any plans recently?

When is your last renewal? Was it just recently?

Have you ever been able to apply upgrades or perks previously?

I had trouble applying upgrades because isn't allowed while you have an authorized user. I had to remove that one, apply the upgrade and add the user again.
