Internet down since last nigh

My internet has been down since last night!!!!
turn phone one and off no still the same issue!!

Have you tried any troubleshooting?

- Logon your account to check plan status and make sure you still have data.

- Make sure the data settings on your phone are good. Recheck the APN settings.

- Try rebooting phone, enable/disable airplane mode.

- You can also try your SIM card on another phone.

 

If problem persists, you need to contact Fizz support.
