Why did my 500MB perk disappear on the first day I activated it?

I added a 500MB perk today and it disappeared as if I used it all even though in my account it shows no data usage. How can I get it back?

What do you mean exactly? Did you try to activate the perk and it disappeared?

Check your data usage, you may see the 500 MB added to your plan.

 

When did you receive this perk? Was it the 500MB perk we all received 2 daya ago? Or was it another one?

When was your last plan renewal? Was it yesterday?

When you say disappeared, do you mean you do not see it at all in the "Usage" chart in your online account? Or is it there but it is greyed out, i.e. used up?
As for actual usage, I believe the daily total is not reported until the next day, so it will always show 0 MB used for the current day in the "Daily Usage" graph. So, it's possible that you actually did use up 500 MB today even though it shows 0 MB used right now.

You will need to provide us a little more information.

I lost my Perk because I had opened an account but did not apply the Perk for a few months. When I finally created a plan, the Perk was not available anymore.
