anyone having problems ordering new sim card?

trying to order new sim card. When entering my address ( which appears in the roll down menu), system shows THERE HAS BEEN AN ERROR, PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER. What to do? I've been trying for the last hour.

I had a problem as well. Try another browser, and allow the system a few minutes, then check you account again to see if the order went through. First time, I thought it had not gone through, and unfortunately ended up with two SIMS. Gave one to a friend.

Thanks for quick reply. It looks like the problem was in the way I was entering my address. I opted to click on the "don't find your address" link and was able to go through the process. Finally , my SIM card is on its way. Cheers
