Applying rewards?

Anyone else unable to apply rewards? I don’t see the option that’s supposed to pop up on screen to apply rewards. I’ve tried mobile, PC, Chrome and Safari. Nothing shows up to apply reward. I have plenty rewards and I’m level 4 right now. I don’t even see reward “slots” that some of you have mentioned.

I contacted support a few days ago and they told me that it has been escalated. Just wondering if this is a widespread problem.

They had to contact Fizz customer service to get it resolved.

I had the same issue on the first month. Then it just started working afterwards.
Make sure to disable your pop-up blocker just in case
