I just added a second line to my account with a new Fizz number so no transfer and its still saying Pending Activation. What do i do?

I have created a ticket to request from our technical team to complete your mobile number's activation. Once this will be solved, you will be informed by the e-mail address of your account.

Try the sim on the phone
It takes some time to work. Around 2 hours can be normal... just wait a few and see...
Even on my Profile on Fizz it says activation pending and it has been over 2 hours.
Have you already received the SIM card and activated it?

Still no email and the ligne is not activated yet. I checked my credit card statement and the plan price was already charged. Please help me out here.
Now it shows activated but again the phone has no line and when i try yo call it says there is no subsriber at that number
