Activated a new line with new number but its still pending?

I just added a second line to my account with a new Fizz number so no transfer and its still saying Pending Activation. What do i do?

Even on my Profile on Fizz it says activation pending and it has been over 2 hours.

Yes i received the sim card and activated with a plan, but on my profile still waiting for activation and its a new number that i chose with fizz.

Still no email and the ligne is not activated yet. I checked my credit card statement and the plan price was already charged. Please help me out here.

Now it shows activated but again the phone has no line and when i try yo call it says there is no subsriber at that number
