Voicemail issues

Sometimes my personal greeting is there, and sometimes it’s an “automated answer... you have reached number..” anybody have this issue? How to solve it? TIA

I don't think any of Fling's suggestions will solve your problem, as the issue described is on Fizz's side, nothing to do with your phone. Try rerecording your personal greeting again and see if it fixes itself, and if that doesn't help the only option is to contact Fizz.   • Take out your SIM and insert it again
