Why is my activation still pending?

I received my SIM card on sunday and followed all the steps to have my number transfered from Rogers to fizz. I ented my activation code for my SIM card and chose and plan and it said I had to wait maybe 2 hours before I received an email from Fizz saying I could pop my SIM card in. I never got that email and on wednesday, my services were cut with rogers. Long story short, Rogers unlocked my phone and I was able to put my sim card in and everything is working in terms of network. However, on my profil it still says that my activation is pending and when I enter again my SIM card activation number is says it's active with a user... I'm super confused on what i'm supposed to do now.

Contact the support probably only a gui problem or try to use a different browser

Julie, as mentioned by Mike, it might be GUI issue. Try logging out and back in to your account first. If that does not work, then contact Fizz.

You should have an active plan with the phone number (you ported from Rogers). And you have confirmed that your Fizz SIM card is working now? This would indicate that all is well.

 

I believe the "activation still pending" message you are seeing is just a notification that you may have attempted to start another activation. If you did something like open a new plan to look at mobile prices, Fizz website may think you are trying to activate a second mobile plan.

Sometimes it takes time before to receive anything,
Ex: when i tried to do a password recovery after trying to activate my account it took me 1-2 days before to receive anything by email so i was not even able get on my account
