You get to unlock upgrade slots as you get more points. The second slot is unlocked at level 3 and the third slot is unlocked at level 5.

I understand that part. What i find weird is that i had already my first slot and was using a250mb upgrade. When i checked my usage history, that upgrade was not being added to my monthly data plan although it was active on my first slot and now all the 3 slots ( the one that i had unlocked and 2 locked), disappeared :/

48 hours before billing, you cannot change updates. Are you in that period?

Hmm.. that's strange. I didn't experience this kind of problem when applying/using upgrades. Try to contact Fizz customer support, they should be able to fix the problem.

I have a similar issue. I contacted support. They told me that it should be fixed on my next billing cycle
