Got new sim, can't make calls, keep getting error notice

My phone was stolen on vacation, I reported it stolen, Fizz blocked my sim. I ordered a new one and a new phone. Activated the sim, put it into my new phone, but it won't work, I keep getting an error when I dial out, it says "vous n'avez pas accès à ce service".

I've been trying to contact customer support on facebook and on the help page, but the pop up bubble never appears and they don't reply on facebook. Can anyone help?

I have had issues with the bubble popping up as well. I used Facebook to contact them several times. They might be a little slower today given that they changed their pricing this morning. I usually get a reply within an hour or two.

Check your Fizz account. Make sure your plan is active again.


If problem isn't resolved, look for that chat bubble:

1. You have to chat during business hours: every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST).

2. Disable ad-blockers. Also try clearing browser cache and try using incognito/private mode.

3. If problem presists, try using a different browser on your computer.

Hmm.. The chat bubble seems to be popping up for me. Maybe try it again by clicking on the link others have provided and going to the bottom of the page and wait for a bit? That's how it appears for me... If you still can't reach them then just send fizz a complaint through the "Contact forms" on your account. Hope it works out for you.
