no chat bubble

I just cannot bring up the chat bubble.

Just make sure you're logged in then go to Solution Hub and click on any of the questions. After a little while you should be able to see a green chat bubble in the right-hand corner of the page.

I used to have the same problem. No matter what I did I couldn't bring up the chat bubble. But I seem to no longer have that problem and the chat bubble just pops up whenever I visit the Solution Hub (FAQ) pages.

If Fizz is experiencing a high demand or if they are closed, then the chat bubble does not appear. You can try again in a bit, or send them a message on facebook messenger. It takes a bit longer for them to respond, but at least you don't have to wait around, and you will be notified right on your phone when they respond. Good luck

I have the same issue. Have had good support contacting them via Facebook Messenger. Just go to the Fizz Facebook page and you will be able to contact them if you already have a Facebook account..

during business hours

If problem persists, try clearing your browser cache and retry using incognito mode.

Also make sure to disable any ad blockers in your browser.

If needed, try with another browser (such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari) on your computer.
