Answered question
I ordered my SIM a week ago. In so doing, I accidentally ordered two, as I thought the first order had not gone through Well, no problem really, as I was considering a second account. I set up the first account and all is fine.
Opening the 2nd sealed envelope today, and there is a SIM card extractor , and dab of glue where SIM card was supposed to be. No sign of the SIM card. Was hoping to open an account today before the deadline, but that won't happen now as shipping another would take several days.
What are my options? Not a huge sum, but at this point I would prefer a refund or credit.
I would contact Fizz support, and it'll be up to them to give you a refund etc. As for the second sim coming in, you'll unfortunately have to wait until it gets sent to your house. Shouldn't take to long if you order it right away.

You should contact Fizz support to see if they can help.
I see in other posts recently that Fizz has provided a refund.
The idea of this page https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us is to explain how you can access the chat bubble. If you do a search in the Solution Hub related to your issue and access the help page the chat bubble will appear at the right corner.
If the chat bubble does not appear, this means that the number of sessions waiting for our answers surpasses our processing capacity. If that happens, send us a private message via Facebook Messenger or Twitter.
I've seen other people with the same problem and received a refund. Just contact Fizz support.
You should try to contact Fizz and get a refund.
Contacted Fizz and they told me to buy another card, and they will refund it later. They will be honoring a stabilization period extension. Great answer. Thanks.
