my internet is not working and I'm not getting the @ light on the modem tried rebooting no luck.
any ideas

Did you also check the coaxial cable?

if it does not help, contact the support, it can be a temporary problem in your area

I've been trying to get the chat bubble but nothing is coming up

If the power is green and the up/down are solid blue, then everything seems to be connected properly. The problem sounds like you are not authenticated in their system. Check your payment, or contact support. If the chat is not available, you can also message them on facebook.
