Why won't my plan update?

I received a text saying that my payment didn't go through. So I went on my banking and double checked that the funds were there. I went on my account and pressed "Make My Monthly Payment" and it seemed to process, saying I would get an email with conformation. I haven't received an email, and the money is still in my account but I'm not getting the option to pay my bill anymore. What do I do?

    Sorry to hear that, fizz really needs to streamline this process if they want to give off the vibe that the stabilisation period is over

    There should really be an option to make a manual payment and all times, not just after several failed attempts and service being cut off.
