How can I get a new SIM

My SIM is damaged. How can I have a replacement?

Here is the procedure for sim replacement described in Solutions Hub -

Go to My Plans in your Fizz account.
Scroll to the Plan you wish to change.
Click on Manage and choose Change SIM.
Select Order a SIM card.
Select your reason for ordering a new SIM card and click Continue.
Add your shipping address. This is the address where we will ship your SIM card. It may or may not be the same as your home address.
Choose your shipping method.
Select a payment method and click Submit order to pay for your SIM card.
When you receive your SIM card, go back to Change SIM and select Activate your SIM to replace it.

To answer your question, I think it all depends of the scenario. If you received your SIM card, tried activating it and it didn't work out even after following the instructions provided from Fizz on their website, I suggest you contact them directly via chat or send them a direct message via facebook, maybe they could help you out with the replacement. But, if it was a physical damage, I think you have to order a new one unfortunately.

Is your phone able to detect a SIM card? If it can detect the SIM card but no service then probably connection problem and should contact Fizz. Otherwise, you have no choice to order a new one.
