    It really depends on what speed you need! I'd say min speed should be 30mpbs, enough for a couple devices to stream videos at the same time

    Yea but nowadays I would say that most people pay for speed that they don't even use with the big companies 60MPBS +.

    10/1.5: if you are living alone, don't have 4K TV, don't need much upload bandwidth

    15: if you are two people and you don't have 4K TV

    30: if you have 4K TV and are less than 3 people

    60: if you are 3 or 4 people

    120: if you have a village living with you.


    My choice is 30. It is only $5 more than 15 Mbps and you get double the speed. I chose this because 4K TV's say minimum of 25 Mbps required. But browsing the net would be nearly identical on any of these speeds. Even with the 10 Mbps you can stream HD netflix on two TV's at once. Only when you are downloading a very large file and you want it done yesterday do you need a super fast speed, but how often does that happen?
