As mentioned in the title, I’ve ordered my SIM card with the right address. I called the courier and apparently they received the wrong address from FIZZ, receiving appt 211 instead of appt 2110. This is very disappointing thus far
After you have reordered your SIM card and activated your plan, you should contact Fizz support to get a refund for the failed delivery.

They definitely should refund the charges as you are not at fault. Let us know what happens after contacting them
Once the courier returns the package to Fizz they should issue a refund. Contact support.
