VPN or Proxy services enabled are cause issues with the tv device

I get an error message on my tv device saying:

"You seem to be using a proxy or VPN service. To use our application, please turn off any of these service and try again."

When I switch to my phone data for internet wifi it works. So the problem really is the Fizz internet. Not sure if it's the modem or the internet connection. Any ideas? Maybe I need to modify the modem settings?

It seems your tv device is not recognizing Fizz IP address properly.


You may contact your supplier for more info. Fizz is using new IP address ranges that may not be recognized yet as belonging to Canada.

Or restart your modem and see if your IP address changes for the better.
