No you can't. Your better option is to buy a travel SIM card in the country you go or try Amazon for great deal an a lot of choice.6

Only in USA if you have money or an addons or the Canada/US coverage

Currently calls can be made only from the US. You need to have Canada-US plan or buy a travel add-on or add money to wallet and pay as you go.5

At this time only data roaming add-on can be added to your account. You can add money to your wallet to use the text message pay per use while roaming.6

I believe it depends on the plan you have. Which country are you referring to. If it's the US then you can modify your plan to have coverage.6
