changed plan without my permission

i reached level 3 last month, this month i applied the free voicemail but i was still charged the $1.13 extra, i spoke to customer service and they refunded me and opened a ticket so that i would not be charged extra the next month, my plan was 39.60 before tax and now its 38.70 before tax, on the create a plan page 38.70 equals to my exact plan without the voicemail! so the ticket removed my voicemail and did not fix anything..now after 24 months i will not have voicemail and then will have to add it to my plan, which means i will lose my intro price...its a shame that after almost a year fizz cannot fix this issue with the $1 extra charge for the free voicemail and instead of fixing it they break your account. please fix this

i want my plan to still show up as 39.60 and just have a discount of 1.13 every month like it should be

You can still make changes to your account until October 15. If you joined before April then you will keep the reduced price so long as you don't change it after October 15th.

If you joined after April, then you will keep your reduced price until beginning 2020.

It will be a surprise if fizz can fix it. It is very usual fizz "specialized' team do nothing and just closed your ticket.

Reach them or change it on your own

As others have said, you can make changes to your plan up until Oct 15 and you will be able to keep your intro price.

There is an ongoing issue with the free voicemail upgrade. You have to get it credited back to your bill each month.

 

Once you reach level 4, you will get $1 mobile discount upgrade. You can use this instead.

It seems that the last update to the GUI brought the display problem.
At least it is the explanation of my problems from the support.

Contact them and save the answer for your record.

I notice that Fizz reward system is very buggy when we use this voicemail upgrade. Other upgrade like data and $ seems to be less buggy.
