beeps and call drops when speaking to other fizz member...??

Whenever and only when I'm speaking to my girlfriend on the phone (who is also a Fizz member...)
I hear one beep after a minute (sometimes 3...) and the call drops...
Both are in montreal...
Both own Iphones
Both are Fizz members...

    Try to reboot your phone or put in airplane mode for 30 seconds
    This is the first thing to try with Fizz

    If the problem continues or happens with other customers, you should contact Fizz support.

    • Simply click on the chat bubble that appears at the bottom on the right.
    • You're within the business hours: every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST).
    • You have disabled any ad blockers in your browser.

     

    If the chat bubble does not appear, this means that the number of sessions waiting for our answers surpasses our processing capacity. If that happens, send us a private message via Facebook Messenger or Twitter.
