    Usually the do not refund, but they ask to buy a new one and at the activation you can ask for a refund

    I ordered it since August and it was supposed to get here on august 28th but still nothing.

    Once you you activated, you'll have to contact Fizz support to request $10 refund for the first SIM card that you did not receive.
