need help with my travel addon an no way to chat with customer service!

please help the roaming ata function is NOT working. I am findin a waste of time and money with no support on the issue.
How do we reach out to Fizz help direct?????

You need to try some troubeshooting.

- enable airplane mode on your phone, then disable it.

- try manually selecting your network operator/carrier.

If problem persists, you need to contact Fizz support.

What sort of phone do you have? And what country are you in? Chances are that you have already turned-on your data roaming option but it’s worth saying just in case.
