I paid for 3 sims and i only recived one of the sims so i dont understand where is the rest of my order please help me

Wait and see if you’ll receive the 2 others tomorrow. If not, contact Fizz by going on their website and look for the chat bubble on the bottom right corner. If it doesn’t appear it’s because their customer service is full so try with Facebook messenger. I was able to contact them whenever I needed to.
