Badges Unlocking Incorrectly?

I've been with Fizz since March and only recently got the "you've been with us for one month" Will this kind of delay also affect things like the extra data rewards and perks from unlocking correctly?

There was a problem only with the dinosaur badges that I know of.

 

In the past, if you earned these badge(s), you had to contact Fizz to have them added to your account.

Last week, Fizz fixed it and the 1 month badge was automatically added for those who earned it.

The next day, the 6 month badge was fixed and automatically added too.

They have some problems with the badges. I got mine also recently even if I'm with them since last winter. Sometimes you have to chat with customer service if you want to receive all your badges.

Same thing happened to me. Wrote to them on Facebook Messenger (since it was not urgent) and they fixed it.

Me too have been for 10 months and I only got 6 months badges last week
