Is your data working now? First thing to check is usually APN setting.
Make sure your phone supports Fizz network and logon your Fizz account to make sure your current plan has mobile data.

If APN setting is correct, try to restart your phone. My iPhone has this problems sometimes
Restart you phone and take off your sim card.
