Claimed as commercial address

Hi, I am already a Fizz mobile customer and will move soon and want to get the Fizz internet for my new apartment. When I start the process and type in my new address, it says "Unfortunately, Fizz Home Internet is not available for commercial addresses."
Well, this is a normal address and not a commercial address. So how can I proceed here?
