My data is missing

My unused rollover data 0.7G is now missing, my rewards of 250m data per month is also missing...

Please help

Looks like a custumer service problem. You can contact them by chat here once you are connected to your account. Go to solution hub, roll down completely and the chat bubble will appear after a few seconds. You can also contact them on facebook or messenger.
